Angie has been teaching fitness related activity to kids ages 4 through 17 over the last 15 years including competitive sport, yoga, athletic conditioning, hiking, core and resistance training, nutrition and weight loss. All programs are designed to meet the needs of each individual child.
Key components of the kids’ fitness program include Improved Body Awareness and Posture, Strength, Endurance and Flexibility, Enhanced Agility, Speed and Power, Variety of Progressive Challenges, Reduced Risk for Injury, Entertaining and Goal Oriented Exercises, Exercise Tracking and Progress Reports.
