Angie will provide the best and safest workouts for all trimesters of pregnancy to include even postnatal workouts.  Moms who have trained with Angie during this special time have found her to be uplifting, knowledgeable and motivating. Regular exercise and training with Angie's program can reduce swelling, back and leg pain, and even insomnia.

Moms can expect trimester appropriate exercises to assist in increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, circulation and balance for an overall healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery and speedy recovery. Special emphasis is given to stretch and strengthen abdominal and lower back muscles.
