Experience yoga in a new, transformative, individualized way by signing up for Angie's one-on-one yoga training. Her teaching style is derivative of ashtanga yoga, also known as power yoga and incorporates dynamic flowing postures with an emphasis on strength and flexibility.
Yoga is available for one-on-one and for group settings. Each one-on-one session is individualized to the practitioner's level of skill.
